Can I order a sample?

Absolutely. Our policy is that we do not charge for samples under $7.00 in most cases if you provide us your shipping account number. Otherwise there is a charge based on pricing for each sample and shipping. Contact one of our product experts at support@splashbrands.com or 469-501-2888 us and we’ll help you.

What are setup charges on custom orders?

Custom imprinting your logo on an item may require file preparation, film, screens, g plates, film, setting up the engraving laser or embroidery digitizing charges (just to name a few).

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order at any time prior to order production. We are pretty speedy. Most products are in production within a few hours of order placement. Once products are in the production process, we are no longer able to accept a change or cancellation, but you still have the option to return the item after you have received it. What if I have a rush order?

Many products on this site can be decorated and shipped the same day if the order is placed before 2:00 PM CST. Look for the same day option on the product page and select it on your order.

Rush service only applies to actual production time after order approval. Time does not include order approval, artwork production or shipping time frames. For questions concerning timing of your order please call our client success team support@splashbrands.com or 469-501-2888.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax in Texas only.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

Shipping and Delivery

How fast will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipping within 1 to 4 business days. Delivery speed is determined by the products and shipping method you select at checkout. You can check the status of your order anytime online here

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Our clients are all over the world. However, some stores may not have international shipping turned on. During checkout, you’ll see international shipping options and then freight based on the address you enter. If you don’t see this, contact us at support@splashbrands.com or 469-501-2888 and we get you taken care of.

What if UPS or FedEx loses my shipment?

We will ship your items on the designated ship date via the method that you have approved. However, ownership of the goods passes to the customer once we deliver the goods to the carrier. We will do everything within our power to help you with any situations you encounter. All major carriers that we work with have policies relating to these situations that you should investigate prior to placing your order.

Can I check the balance of my gift certificate?

Why can’t I gift wrap an item?

Some larger items, and items sent directly from our vendors cannot be gift wrapped.

How do I purchase Gift Certificates?

It’s super easy. You can do it from within your store in minutes. Visit the Purchase Gift Certificates page.

Can I give a printed gift certificate to someone as a gift?

Yes. Simply personalize the gift certificate for your recipient, have it sent to yourself, and then print it. To do this, enter your own email address in the “Recipient Email“ field. Enter your recipient’s name and your own personal message, and complete the transaction normally. You will receive a gift certificate alert via email. Follow the instructions in the message to retrieve your gift certificate, and then click “Print this page.“ The resulting printout may be presented as a gift to the recipient and may be redeemed online.

Am I able to return a gift certificate?

You may not return or cancel your gift certificate. If you return merchandise originally purchased with a gift certificate, any refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate that may be used online.


What type of payments do you accept?

Most forms of payment are accepted, including all major credit cards and paypal. If your desired payment method is not available at checkout you can call or email us and we will do our very best to accommodate you support@splashbrands.com or 469-501-2888.

Do you accept prepaid credit cards?

We accept most prepaid cards if they contain all the information a regular credit card has. A prepaid card must be registered online with an address and a name. Prepaid cards have a user’s guide with specific instructions on how to set this up.

Prepaid Visa cards typically are not accepted at checkout because they cannot be pre-authorized for payment.

When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

A sophisticated encryption and authentication tool is used to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your Return Credit.

Shipping and handling costs will be refunded for returns only if your return contains defective merchandise or merchandise that was damaged during shipping.

*Merchandise cannot be accepted that is damaged in shipment due to improper packing, so please repackage all items properly.

Can I return a personalized item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on personalized products. Verify your personalization is correct before purchasing. Personalized items are any item with a name, initials, a special number or unique text added.

Can I return a customized item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on customized products. Verify your customization proof is correct and that you have selected the product you desire before purchasing.

Can I return a closeout item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on closeout products. Closeout sales are final. Closeout items are indicated on the shopping pages as closeout.

How long does it take for my store refund to be credited?

Once we receive your mailed return in store, we’ll process your credit after completion of inspection. If you’ve provided us with an email address, we’ll email you once your credit has been processed.

Note: Your credited refund may take a few days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
